Lernevate is a technical learning operations company. Our website is lernevate.com. You can reach us at members@lernevate.com.

What we collect and why

We collect limited data to understand how visitors use our site and to follow up with potential clients.

• Analytics (PostHog): Page views, section scroll depth, and button clicks. Data is stored on PostHog's US servers. PostHog does not load, and nothing is sent to it, until you make a choice in the cookie banner. If you accept, PostHog uses cookies to recognize repeat visits. If you decline, PostHog records anonymous page views and clicks without cookies or any persistent identifier.
• B2B company identification (Apollo): If you accept cookies, we use Apollo's website tracker to identify the company associated with your IP address. This is standard B2B lead intelligence and does not collect personal information beyond what is publicly associated with a business IP. Apollo does not load if you decline.
• Forms (Jotform): Our contact form and Cornerstone permissions self-check are provided by Jotform. When you submit one, the details you enter (such as your name, work email, company, message, any call you book, and your self-check answers) are sent to and stored by Jotform. We use them only to respond to your inquiry, calculate your self-check score, and send your report if you ask for it.
• Prospect tracking: If you arrive via a personalized link (containing a ?pid= parameter), we record that visit to attribute it to an outreach campaign.

Cookies

We use cookies solely for analytics (PostHog) and company identification (Apollo), and only after you accept. When you decline, no cookies are set: Apollo does not load, and PostHog records only anonymous page views and clicks, without cookies or persistent identifiers. Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email members@lernevate.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Analytics event data is retained for 12 months. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
