What we collect and why

We collect limited data to understand how visitors use our site and to follow up with potential clients.

• Analytics (PostHog): Page views, section scroll depth, and button clicks. Data is stored on PostHog's US servers. No data is collected until you accept cookies.
• B2B company identification (Apollo): We use Apollo's website tracker to identify the company associated with your IP address. This is standard B2B lead intelligence and does not collect personal information beyond what is publicly associated with a business IP.
• Prospect tracking: If you arrive via a personalized link (containing a ?pid= parameter), we record that visit to attribute it to an outreach campaign.

Cookies

We use cookies solely for analytics (PostHog). When you decline cookies on this site, PostHog does not set any cookies and no analytics data is stored. Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email members@lernevate.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Analytics event data is retained for 12 months. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
