Do I need to log in to Cornerstone?
No. The questions cover your team's practices, so you answer from what you know. “Not sure” is a valid answer.
Who should take it?
Whoever owns or administers your Cornerstone portal, often an L&D or HR technology leader or your portal admin.
Is this an audit?
No. It is a self-assessment of your practices. For a full review of your actual portal, Lernevate offers a permissions audit covering every security role and permission, and each user’s access on request.
What happens to my answers?
We use them to calculate your score and, if you share your email, to send your report and follow up once about your results. We do not sell your information.
How is the score calculated?
Ten questions across five critical areas. Each area scores 0 to 8, for a total out of 40.
